Vendor FAQs
How many tables can I book?
You may book 1–5 tables per vendor, subject to availability. Multiple tables will be connected.
Is my space guaranteed after payment?
No. All vendor bookings are subject to review and approval. If your products do not align with the show, your booking may be declined and a refund may be processed.
When will I receive my vendor space details?
Once your space is approved, we'll contact you with your vendor space assignment and the information you need for the show.
What products are allowed?
Priority will be given to vendors selling video gaming and trading card products, along with related art and merchandise. Game Fest is a family-friendly show. Explicit products or images are not permitted. Please describe what you plan to sell in your vendor details.
Are there any additional fees?
No. You pay only the table space fee shown. There are no additional vendor checkout fees.
Vendor space is subject to approval.
